Dr. Jochen Eisinger ist Director of Engineering bei Google und dafür verantwortlich Chrome zum sichersten und vertrauenswürdigsten Browser im Netz zu machen.  Angefangen hat er als Software Entwickler im Google Chrome Team in München und arbeitet nun seit über 10 Jahren an verschiedensten Themen rund um Datenschutz und Sicherheit. 

Bevor Jochen bei Google einstieg, arbeitete er als Postdoc an der UBC in Vancouver. Er promovierte 2009 an der Universität Freiburg mit einer Arbeit im Bereich Automatentheorie.

Dr. Jochen Eisinger is a Director of Engineering at Google, currently responsible for making Chrome the most trustworthy and safest tool for browsing the web. He has worked on various parts of Chrome for the past 10 years, starting as a software engineer in the Munich Chrome team working on privacy features.

Prior to joining Google, he worked as a postdoc fellow at UBC in Vancouver. He received a PhD from the University of Freiburg in 2009 working on automata theory.
